NOTICE OF CONDUCT OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Second Negotiated Procurement)

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) is conducting a Second Negotiated Procurement for the Supply and delivery of a one-year comprehensive maintenance services for the three (3) 5TR precision air-conditioning units, including all installed electronics and electrical parts and accessories with an approved budget of P540,000.00.

The process for the negotiated procurement and awarding of contract shall be governed by Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
